All bespoke ordered boots made to your requirements are none refundable, but they are exchangeable, so for example if your new boots arrive and are not right for you in anyway you are welcome to send the boots back as long as unworn and unmarked we can give you the credit you paid for them to re order another pair, so you can order with us with confidence.
We do ask that boots to be returned in 31 days.
This very rarely happens but we like to offer the option so people do not need to worry about getting it wrong.
The final balance of the boot order is to be paid when the boots arrive with me in the UK.
